At TradeUniv, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data.
Data Controller
The data controller responsible for personal information collected through TradeUniv is Prime Edge Systems LLC, a California Limited Liability Company doing business as TradeUniv. TradeUniv is a brand name of Prime Edge Systems LLC and is not a separate legal entity. For questions about this Privacy Policy or to exercise your rights, contact us at .
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the platform, participate in community activities, or contact us. This includes:
When you access our platform, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage:
When you connect third-party services, we may receive information from these services in accordance with their privacy policies and your authorization:
Community owners can connect their Discord server so that access to it stays matched to your TradeUniv membership. Where a community you belong to has done this, we process:
We do not read the content of ordinary conversations in Discord servers. You can request deletion through your account settings or by emailing support.
Some chart data stays on your device and is not sent to us:
You can remove them by disconnecting a source, removing it in the Connect app, or clearing this site's data in your browser. The Connect app contacts our download server to check for and install updates; you can turn automatic updates off in the app.
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the specified purposes.
We may use anonymized, aggregated interaction data to improve AI features (such as Trading Coach and Creator Chat). We also use pseudonymized and aggregated behavioral data — including engagement patterns, feature usage, and activity trends — to train and improve internal machine learning models for platform analytics, service optimization, and personalized user experiences. We DO NOT use personally identifiable trading data or private conversations to train third-party AI models. All external AI training uses anonymized, aggregated data only.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, subpoenas, regulatory investigations).
We share your email address with Community Owners when you join their specific community to facilitate direct communication. These Owners are independent data controllers and are responsible for their own use of your data.
Community creators may enable third-party integrations within their communities that process member data. These may include:
TradeUniv provides the tools for these integrations but individual community creators are responsible for their use and for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party services enabled within communities you join.
Communities may offer single sign-on functionality that allows external applications to authenticate users against our platform. When you use this feature, basic account information (such as your user ID and email) may be shared with the external application. You will be prompted to authorize this sharing before any data is transmitted.
Communities may be assigned platform-managed email addresses. Emails sent to these addresses may be routed to the community owner or designated administrators. By sending an email to a community address, you acknowledge that the contents of your message (including your email address) will be forwarded to the community's designated recipients.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on the platform before your information is transferred.
When you join a community on TradeUniv, the community creator and authorized administrators may access your name and email address as part of their community management tools. Community creators may also send emails to you — including announcements, updates, and marketing communications — using third-party email services they have connected to their community.
TradeUniv acts as a software provider that facilitates these communications on behalf of community creators. When a community creator connects their own email service to send broadcasts, that creator acts as an independent data controller with respect to those communications. You acknowledge that such communications are sent by the community creator, not by TradeUniv, and that the community creator is solely responsible for complying with applicable privacy, anti-spam, and consumer protection laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and CCPA), providing their own privacy notice, obtaining any additional consents required by law, and honoring unsubscribe and deletion requests you make.
Every broadcast email sent through TradeUniv includes a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately for that community. You may also opt out of all community emails across every community you are a member of by disabling "Community Emails" in your notification settings. If you no longer wish for a particular community creator to access your contact information at all, you may leave that community at any time.

We use machine learning models to analyze aggregated and pseudonymized usage data for platform analytics and service improvement. Where insights from these models inform platform features or communications, human oversight is always involved.
